Nice lift (too close to the merchandise…sheesh!), didn’t damage anything, and the Fest has just now started.
Here’s a shoutout to Dave Haber of Paperblog Writer Beatles Blog at What Goes On! (thanks for the stop-in!)!
At right, a photo posted/taken by David Haber, today, Sunday the 29th of June, at the Fest for Beatles Fans in Las Vegas from his blog. Click here for David’s blog, Paperblog Writer

This week has been a maelstrom of activity at NW Limited…History in VogueTM!
Box building, finishing 8, count ’em, 8 Beatles pieces, an Evel Knievel and a Yoda, and still managing to squeeze in a trip to the Emergency Room!
The Fest for Beatles begins Sunday, June 28, and that means packed and leaving on Friday morning.
Yes, it’s the thrill of the open road, and those lucky attendees to the Fest for Beatles at the Mirage Hotel and Casino! If you live in the Las Vegas area, or will be visiting, this is a rare opportunity for you to see for yourself the best kept secret in the Northwest.
This means that we won’t be at our usual Sunday Market spot (Wah-wah-WAH), however we WILL be back the following weekend.
Stay tuned for who’s going to Vegas with us, and perhaps the odd report from the event.
Today was a day of gathering.
Each piece by NW Limited…History in VogueTM is comprised of multiple elements that require careful selection, discrimination of quality, and considerate handling to arrive at the shop in order to become the elite collectible and beautiful display you experience when you purchase History in VogueTM.
That adds up to a road trip!
The big, blue van was pointed East along the shores of the mighty Columbia River destined for Portland, for pieces and parts.
Frame molding, ship pictures, bubble wrap and bags were on the list. Beatles 45’s were found, also, to finish a current (and very exciting) vision Bill’s bringing to life as well as one for a future piece.
A little recreation in the form of visiting the Portland Music Company to pick up a new item. So new it is not in stock, but will be shipped once it’s manufactured!
Rob (our guide for this magical mystery tour) was great help; friendly and informative.
We couldn’t cajole him into climbing up on the stage and demonstrating his percussive skills, though.
It’s ok; we still love ya, Rob.

(Paul sends a shout-out to his homies…’cuz)
Wow is a word that crosses language barriers; there is no mistaking what it means.
For those that aren’t so sure:
wow 1 (wou) Informal
Used to express wonder, amazement, or great pleasure.
An outstanding success.
tr.v. wowed, wow·ing, wows
To have a strong, usually pleasurable effect on: a performance that wowed the audience.
for Deep Space:
Monday, February 4, at 7 pm EST (that’s 4 pm for us left-coasters), NASA will be beaming the song “Across the Universe” straight towards Polaris via its Deep Space Network. The occasion, or occasions, more correctly, are the 40th anniversaries of both NASA’s Deep Space Network and the Beatles’ recording of that song, also the 50th anniversary of NASA’s founding.
Polaris is 431 light years away from here. Even at 186,000 miles per second, the speed at which the song will be travelling, that’s a long trip.
The Beatles make history again!
NW Limited has far more fitting tributes, for any occasion of your choosing.
Below are some examples of our Beatles series.
Beatles #38 Back in the USSR $500
These pieces began with England’s Royal Mail Beatles Album Cover postage stamps which were issued January 9, 2007 and a first-day-issue postmark, which ensures that these remain an exclusive commodity. Included within is a 45 rpm (songs vary), which is the centerpiece. Frequently, there are pins or other memorabilia added which are from the same era.
These have been extremely popular and yet they are finite. The universe, on the other hand, much less so. NASA invites you to play along, Monday night, but wouldn’t you rather have the ultimate Beatles tribute for yourself?

Doesn’t this terrestrial being look happy with his Beatles tribute?
